Darcey L. Wong
Darcey L. Wong
Darcey, a native of San Mateo, has been practicing law for over 26 years. Prior to starting her own law firm in 2003, Darcey specialized in helping high net worth individuals and families with estate planning, trust administration and probate issues at the law firm of Hanson Bridgett in San Francisco. Apart from her experience in the field, Darcey has the unique distinction of achieving the sought-after Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law− the preeminent estate planning/tax program in the country. Darcey received her B.A. degree in Political Science from UCLA and her J.D. law degree from USC Law School.
Darcey became an attorney because she wanted a professional career where she could exercise her passion for advising and helping others. After a disheartening start in corporate bankruptcy representing large corporations against small businesses, she became an estate planning attorney to fill her need to aid and protect families. To become the expert she is now, she went back to law school for a second law degree to be formally educated and trained as a specialist in estate planning. This unique achievement allowed her to join a prominent group of estate planning attorneys in a large SF firm.
As she gained practical experience working with clients planning their estates and administering estates of loved ones who passed, she believed there was a better way to make the process easier, more effective, and more financially accessible for clients who simply wanted to protect those they cared about. When she developed her unique process and flat fee package of solutions called Red Box Services, she could not wait to get out there and share it with the world. So she did. And over 20 years later, she is still offering her Red Box Services—a thorough and enjoyable estate planning experience that is filled with compassion and wisdom.
When not running the firm, Darcey enjoys playing pickleball with friends, being a foodie, traveling, listening to audiobooks, crafting, and trying new things. On any given weekend, Darcey can be found playing in a pickleball tournament or hanging out with her three children while they each pursue their diverse passions.

Briannon J.C. Siv
Briannon grew up in Novato, California and is the integral other half of the firm. She received her J.D. law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Briannon stands out as a compassionate and practical problem solver. She is an attorney who has a keen understanding of both family dynamics and the law.
Briannon was a tax preparer, bank officer and probate court extern before becoming an attorney. From the very beginning of her law school career she was interested in estate planning because it was the perfect blend of helping those in need and using her experience in tax and finance. Her growing passion for this area of the law led her to co-found the first estate planning focused student group at USF Law School, extern for the Probate Division of the San Francisco Superior Court, and intern for this law firm before graduating. As soon as she was licensed in 2009, she joined the firm as an estate planning attorney and has been invaluable ever since.
When not collaborating and creating estate plans with Darcey, she enjoys exploring all that the Bay Area has to offer with her two young daughters and wonderful husband. She also looks forward to her daily iced coffee and a sweet chocolate treat.
